ISSUE

Global training priorities were misaligned and provided inconsistent levels of staff support and training in different regions.  The objectives of each region needed to be aligned and consistent, while reflecting regional service needs.

RESULT

  • Part of a team of 3 that that reviewed training services in North America, Europe, Asia and South America
  • Benchmarked existing global training operations by interviewing leaders in every region to synthesize the existing priorities and programming
  • Identified opportunities to streamline priorities while noting the cultural differences of each region.
  • Redesigned the management and reporting structure to ensure that global training priorities were standardized while accommodating key local needs
