We turn stalled performance into disciplined growth —
fixing what’s broken, restoring results, and preparing your business to scale or sell.

What We Do

Trow Avenue Partners helps business owners bring discipline to how they run, fix, and grow their companies.

We work with owner-operated and private-equity–backed businesses between $5–50 million in revenue to make their operations leaner, improve cash flow, and build repeatable results.

Our strategies focus on execution — and the structures that change performance. We’ve done it for manufacturers, equipment dealerships, law firms, and industrial service companies, where the same rules apply: focus on facts, act with intent, and follow through.

We apply lean principles to both manufacturing and service operations to eliminate waste, stabilize results, and create accountability. The outcome is a business that runs on systems — not on constant firefighting.

Our work is an investment that will annually return a multiple of the project’s cost, through stronger margins, lower waste, and higher enterprise value.

If you’re tired of reacting to problems and want a business that runs predictably and profitably, we can help.

Less chaos. More control. Real results.

Our Clients

We work almost exclusively with owners of small and mid-sized businesses who want more control, stronger performance, and a clear strategy that will focus their business and simplify their decisions going forward.

Our clients typically:

  • Run companies between $5–50 million in revenue — big enough to be complex, but often lacking the bench strength to take the next step in the business
  • Expect measurable results. We aim for a 4x return within the year by driving operational and financial improvements.
  • Expect cross-industry knowledge: Our clients include businesses that need process, people, and discipline to make money.
  • Face a catalyst for change — stalled growth, ownership change, margin pressure, or lost focus from competing priorities.
  • Want order without losing drive. We work with entrepreneurs, not against them — building structure and discipline around the instincts that built the company in the first place.

In short: Our clients invest in us because we deliver improvements that show up in their financials — and stay there.

“Tom provided our board, not only strategic, but also very insightful data and analysis that has shaped our growth and operational plans in a very positive way. The value of Tom’s work is reflected, not only in an increased bottom line, but also top line sales growth, and a deeper understanding of our operations, their strengths and our opportunities. His leadership and mentorship to our staff has provided them invaluable skills and confidence”

In a short time period, given his focus, he was able to make real, meaningful improvement recommendations along with clear predicted outcomes resulting in real process improvements, operational savings and improved margins and profitability

Our return on this investment was 5-6 times what we spent. I highly recommend Trow Avenue Partners.”

“Tom really understands how law firms work — not just the numbers, but the people and the way decisions actually get made. His insights into operations, partner dynamics, and financial management were invaluable as we explored sustainable growth at our firm. His work was thoughtful, practical, and always focused on what would make the firm stronger.”

About Us

Tom Hamza founded Trow Avenue Partners in 2017 to help business owners fix build companies that run with discipline and control.

He’s worked on both sides of the table — as a consultant to Fortune 500 firms and as an executive inside growing businesses — and turns analysis into action. His focus is simple: every project must deliver a clear, measurable return, usually four times or more than it costs.

Tom’s background includes:

  • Operational turnarounds and performance improvement for manufacturers, equipment dealers, law firms, and industrial service companies
  • Strategy and implementation experience from A.T. Kearney and Deloitte
  • Hands-on growth experience, having helped build a start-up into a publicly listed company
  • Advising industry leaders like Ford, RBC, and AWS on execution and performance

He works directly with owners and management teams and has access to a network of world-class colleagues that allows rapid project scale-up when needed.

Tom holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and spends his downtime with his family and a garage full of classic vehicles.
