RESULT
- Conducted a thorough analysis of operational spending areas by activity and cost to identify savings opportunities
- Focused on corporate finance and human resources infrastructure because of repeated redundancies and operational inefficiencies that required excess staff
- Conducted process flow mapping to identify redundant tasks and inefficient processes
- Outsourced cheque processing service and other low-level financial value-add tasks, and selected a company-wide HRIS to reduce staff overlap and improve service
- Client savings resulted in a 4:1 return on investment in this project
