ISSUE

Client had a global development and IT support network of multiple vendors across 6 countries around the world. We needed to re-shore senior decision making, and consolidate the rest to an internal team located in India.

RESULT

• Worked with a team to audit all techstack capabilities in each supplier to develop job descriptions and hire offshore and onshore staff internally
• Reviewed each contract to manage migration issues and hire key staff where possible
• Developed seamless migration plan for mission critical application including coordinated overlap between teams
• On-time, flawless migration that achieved the clients goal of 25% reduction in IT costs
