Tom Hamza founded Trow Avenue Partners in 2017 to help business owners fix build companies that run with discipline and control.
He’s worked on both sides of the table — as a consultant to Fortune 500 firms and as an executive inside growing businesses — and turns analysis into action. His focus is simple: every project must deliver a clear, measurable return, usually four times or more than it costs.
Tom’s background includes:
- Operational turnarounds and performance improvement for manufacturers, equipment dealers, law firms, and industrial service companies
- Strategy and implementation experience from A.T. Kearney and Deloitte
- Hands-on growth experience, having helped build a start-up into a publicly listed company
- Advising industry leaders like Ford, RBC, and AWS on execution and performance
He works directly with owners and management teams and has access to a network of world-class colleagues that allow rapid project scale-up when needed.
Tom holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and spends his downtime with his family and a garage full of classic vehicles.
